Our governance is structured around a Board of Directors made up of 26 members (24 directors, 1 Chairman, 1 State Censor), 4 transversal committees and 4 sectoral committees. All of these instances ensure the coherence of the company as a whole, while at the same time providing fine-tuned management of the various sectors of activity.
